How does it work?
Everything happens over the phone, so you can schedule from anywhere in the world! Christine calls you at your appointment time, she just needs the name and a few recent pictures of your animal (preferably with their eyes/faces visible), or any pictures you have of your animal if they've passed.​
How do I prepare for the appointment?
Before your appointment, be sure to text or email Christine pictures of your animal(s). Also make a list of questions you'd like to ask your animal(s) while on the call. At the time of your appointment (which is scheduled in EST), make sure you're somewhere quiet with good call reception.
Do I have to be with my animal at the appointment time?
No, you don't! Christine requests the pictures so your animal can be doing whatever makes them comfortable at the time. ​
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem - you can reschedule at your convenience. Just make sure to let Christine know within 24hrs of your original appointment so she can cancel it. If you cancel less that 24hrs before your appointment, you're subject to a cancellation fee.
